Responding to Social Media Attacks

This is a question I usually got from client when I suggest going into social media. My first answer is that some brands will be more prone to attacks than others and we have to look at these brand's social media pages to learn how to respond to them. I mentioned that local telco pages are best to look at since they are constantly under attack because of disgruntled consumers.
