YouTube Launches in the Philippines

Google was launched locally here in the Philippines last week. I decided to post the video because YouTube chose the Philippines amongst its South East Asian neighbors. Obviously there's a reason to this and these were stated in the opening remarks. That is the reason why I posted the video. I feel there's still a huge potential for internet, mobile and digital businesses to thrive here.

With local tech talents and the potential of Filipinos to embrace the social medium I feel South East Asia can be the hub of this new type of business. I'm hoping to be one of those to take advantage of this...
